Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very big and comfortable, allowing me to warm up and enjoy lunch in the apartment easily. The breakfast was simple but comfortable with amazing views of the ski runs. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but there were some issues with wrong information and limited facilities. The perfect location made it easy to reach the slopes quickly. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a selection of hot and cold foods.
I had a great stay at the hotel, especially because of its convenient location for skiers, just about 100 meters from the ski lift. The rooms were cozy with a good-sized shower, and it was so nice that they never felt cold, which is crucial after a day on the hill. The breakfast area was spacious, offering a view of the snowy hills, and my room had a lovely terrace overlooking the slopes.
I had the best of both worlds at this hotel, where the room felt like a child's box room but with a terrace backing onto snowy hills, right by the ski lift. The service was polite and helpful, though the budget felt like it didn't match the quality. The location was ideal for skiing directly from the slopes to the door, but the high cost for the Santa visit disappointed us. The dining experience offered a sad example of Finnish hotels' breakfast variety, despite fantastic options for other meals. Overall, the facilities were decent.
The hotel provided a spacious room that was very big and comfortable, reminiscent of an outdated Travelodge with a sofa bed and two twin beds. The bathroom was well-appointed, contributing to a cozy stay. The service was top-notch, with friendly and well-informed staff who were very accommodating. The location, while secluded with a frozen lake, offered a serene setting, but extras like a visit from Santa for 300 euros may not suit everyone. The dining experience was okay with a mix of hot and cold foods but could be slow to refill. The facilities, including two jacuzzis and a bar, were available but the overall atmosphere felt a bit somber.
The hotel rooms were cozy and quiet, featuring a great view of the ski slopes, while the service was nice and helpful. The location was close to Yllas and had good entertainment options, but the dining experience was not ideal. The facilities were commendable, offering a convenient stay.
My stay at the hotel was truly an experience to remember. The rooms were well-appointed and featured a spacious bathroom. The view from my terrace overlooking the snowy hills and ski lift was breathtaking. While the food was generally okay, there were some instances where maintenance was not completed, which was a bit disappointing.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a gorgeous view over the village, but the staff may not be very helpful with continuous requests. You can warm up and eat in the apartment at lunchtime. The onsite shop has limited choices and is expensive, yet the location is perfect for skiing with direct access from the slopes. The service is friendly and helpful, despite some issues with room quality and the restaurant. The dining options are excellent but can get quite busy. The facilities are good, though there are a few areas that could be improved.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was excellent for accessing the slopes but the service fell short with some misinformation provided. The rooms, while spacious and warm, felt a bit outdated similar to a Travelodge. The dining experience offered a good variety but was crowded at times.
My 4-night stay at the hotel was cozy and quiet with a great view of the ski slopes from the clean and warm room. The drying closet and sauna were a nice touch, but the service was lacking, and the price did not match the expected 4-star quality.
The hotel offers the best of both worlds with a bit of shabby rooms that need renovation and updating, considering the price level. However, the location couldn't be better for skiing directly from the slopes to the door. The service, while friendly and helpful, couldn't quite keep up with the pace. The main restaurant has a wide choice to suit everyone, but some meat and fish dishes were a bit disappointing. Overall, a want-to-come-back experience for a Ski Classic Ylläs-Levi participant.
